Ok so I'm looking at trying to get a hold of a fully worked proton pack. Time isn't an issue but obviously i don't want to be waiting around too much especially if its promised within a certain time frame. ryan3417 has one up for sale but the post is 2 months old. Its pretty much exactly what i want.

You guys seem like the ones to ask, firstly:Where do I get one and secondly:How much should it cost?

Any help will be much appreciated!

You could make a post in the Marketplace saying that you're looking for a proton pack.

Expect to spend anywhere from $500-$2000 depending on accuracy, lights, sound, materials, etc.

Just looking at his auction, it ended at $1600, and the reserve wasn't met. Clearly the guy values his pack at even above $1600. Its a nice pack, but who knows exactly what he's trying to get. Since his Buy It Now was $5000, my guess is his reserve is somewhere around $3000-4000, which is a ton of money. Its just up to you what you want to spend on a pack.

To be perfectly honest, I think the levels of work involved in ways make it more realistic to go through the build-it-yourself approach, as Packs aren't easy to ship when completed, due to the potential for damage in transit.

Thanks guys,

Didnt think it would be so expensive. I've seen guys saying it only cost them like $300 to make so assumed it wouldn't be over $1000. Oh well.
I guess it would be better to make my own. gbfans has some of the parts I'd need but not all of them. Any suggestions?

Many thanks again!
