Sweet collection flameboy2, and I thought the containment grid was crowded, lol.

Haha! sad

Thanks batman2, I rearranged it yesterday to bring the RGB figures into the same display and have really pushed the crowding now as the pictures show, but I wanted to free up some space for my game charcter figures i'm awaiting on the shelf above.

I might have to rethink things though as it just looks cluttered and as Gozer still has no stand I run the risk the of a serious domino effect. Will probably just move the Ecto Buster ornament out of the way to spread the figures out a bit more.

I think your method of displaying on shelves is much more practical and gives you such a great freedom with display.

Tell me about the domino effect, I was taking my jumper off the other day when my elbow whacked my shelf and it was a right wreck, lol.

With regards to the shelf it is a floating shelf that is available @ B&Q and Homebase for about £30 I think.
It's quite easy to put up if you can do a little DIY.

A few more additions to the collection.

First of I have a 12" promo of Cleanin Up The Town by The Bus Boys.

Next up is a graphic novel of the movie Ghostbusters II but featuring The Real Ghostbusters, there is someone on eBay who has loads of them all original stock that was never sold.

Finally a couple more Ghostbusters II books, the first one has loads of colour pictures in it.

I think you may have bought it from a user named Jimvanhise. James Van Hise was one of the colorists (I think he was a colorist) on NOW's The Real Ghostbusters. Marvel probably distributed NOW's work in the UK, if I'm not mistaken.

It was sold by someone called helpemptymyattic who still has 18 copies for sale.

Just to clarify: James Van Hise was the writer of NOW's RGB comic; all issues of Vol.1 except 4 and 21, as well as scripting the three issue GB2 adaptation.

Marvel UK published their own RGB comics, which were shorter and more kiddified than NOWs. Marvel UK did reprint some of NOWs material, however, including the GB2 adaptation–he Marvel UK collection of the GB2 adaptation is the item in question.

I knew Marvel UK printed GB2 in their ongoing RGB series, but didn't know until now they'd issued their own collection. I'll have to point that out to ECTO-1 if his Comicguide ever returns.

BM2, can I ask what those awesome stands are you use to display your ghosts and is there anywhere they can be purchased? I'm haf expecting you to say you made them or they are from another series or something but I thought it was worth asking!

No problem flameboy2, I got them of eBay from Hong Kong, I believe they used to be cheaper, but since everyone has now discovered them they have increased in price a bit. I paid about what they are now and think they are well worth it.

Have a look HERE. smile
