My friend made an Optimus Head a while ago, and it's really cool. He asked me if I wanted to have one too, Here's all the progress shots I took. I did a lot of the work, but a lot of the stuff he did as well.

I added a few things after the last picture was taken so it doesn't look so…crooked.

Edit: I stuck this in Misc. instead of Fan Projects because it's not necessarily related to Ghostbusters. =]
