As you can see, there's something wrong with my signature banner. It's 14K. I don't get it… Can someone help me?

That's where you're wrong, Jees! I read the instructions several times! When I uploaded my banner and tried it out, there was a ‘cannot show pic’ logo underneath my reply. Y'know: the x-ed out box. So I tried to upload a test-banner. Still x-ed out. After I logged out and then in again, I saw that my test banner was on. That was the flame one you saw. So it occured to me that yer banner only shows when you log out after uploading the image. So now, everything's cool and my banner is where it should be. Here it is now:
