I'm astounded at the sheer level of animal cruelty and complete lack of common sense in this topic.

WTF it's a seacow, if it were a regular cow no one would care, and don't act like you've never wondered what manatee tastes like, ‘cause you’re a liar if you do. I bet it's like beef, but good for you, like how fish is.

BTW Ostrich meat is totally like beef. I didn't know this until I ate it, and I was really expecting it to be like a giant chicken.

I think manatees are lovely and i've never wondered what they taste like.

but yeah, y'know, if they and their ilk were the inspiration for mermaids, after sailors spotted them from their boats… well, standards must have been lower to be sexually bewitched by a face like that.

man, they should be called sea dogs anyway, they're totally water labradors!
