And yeah, I've said it many times before that Threewave is pretty much shut down. They're responsible for making the multiplayer and I think they made the PS3 patch, though I'm not sure on that.

Word is you can't get more than 980 points - which is why some people are getting it and some aren't.

The patch simply adds those two universally glitched Achievements to the Achievement Pool to reach that score. On top of THAT, cutscenes are still out of synch and more bugs than ever are being reported online.

Personally, so far TODAY - I had ghosts LITERALLY get stuck in the air and in the ground - impossible to catch…invisible Proton Stream, invisible AND invincible ghosts AND my fucking game froze.

Older glitched Achievements are staying glitched.

You've just told a moderator of this forum to go “somewhere else”. I would think extremely carefully about bossing around one of the forum administration if I were you.

You need to realize that this patch isn't a priority, what companies involved with the game that haven't gone out of business or been swallowed up by a bigger company are almost certainly busy working on their next big project. Ghostbusters didn't have anything like the level of staff or money devoted to it compared to titles such as Grand Theft Auto, Halo or Gears of War… and at this point in time really it's a blessing there's been any patch at all.

Alright, kids - the patch is here!!! Here's what you got for all your “patience”:

You can't get more than 980 Gamerscore Points/48 Achievements - which is why some people are getting “new” Achievements and some aren't.

The patch simply adds the two universally glitched Achievements (No Job Too Big and PayDay!)… to the Achievement Pool to reach that score - 980.

The older glitched Achievements (“On the Payroll”, “Loans Paid off” and “Egon's Guinea Pig”) will not unlock.


All in all - the patch ONLY unlocked 2 Achievements - and Terminal added a cap. No more than 980 Gamerscore Points/48 Achievements can be obtained.

They didn't EVEN TOUCH game freezes, audio sync issues or any corrupt save data issues.

Nobody said it was pointless to complain about it, of that they didn't care about the patch (although if I had to be honest, it really doesn't affect me one or the other). The large number of your posts in response to Skanker, and your general disrespect to the Admin of this forum who were trying to be reasonable until you started to brand them as trolls and tell them to get lost to the point of baiting Jay has earned this topic a lock of a couple of days.

Jay is allowed to have an opinion of you and state it on another forum, it was a rather Troll-like activity for you to go and post about it in order to score points.
