But I asked myself… why killing him and dropping the dead body off the sea?? The entire world will believe the fact that he´s dead… but at some point, some proof will be asked to be shown.

Apparently that's the big discussion going on now in Washington is whether to release the real photo(s).

Exactly Gb213. I think they should release the photos.

This is a triumph and should be treated as such. No one is forcing someone to look at the photos, but they should be released for those who do want to view them.

They dropped the body at sea for a couple reasons.

1) It is part of the Islamic religion that a body must be buried within 24 hours. The U.S. did not want to upset all of Islam by not adhering to that.

2) By not burying him at a physical location, there is no shrine to him. No place for people to visit or turn into something else. He's just gone.

It frankly was a genius idea.
