The other day I was watching that episode of Family Guy where Peter grows a mustache and then later suffers a stroke from eating a bunch of hamburgers.

Does anyone know the song which was playing on the car's radio when Peter tried to drive after having the stroke?

No offence, but that has to be one of the easiest songs to recognize… Like the chorus is the name of the song…

Now that I've heard the song, I can tell it would be easy to know the title of.

But at the time I heard it in Family Guy I couldn't tell what the main chorus was saying, Peter was singing over the song with the left half of his body lame from his stroke and his voice was all funny sounding.

Yeah, that was awesome when the rowboat went by with a person shouting “Stroke, Stroke, Stroke, Stroke” to the others on the boat.

One of my favorite parts in that episode was when Peter started “speaking” Italian.
