I'm playing through for the 2nd time, but now after I beat the chef and the others in Return to Hotel Sedgwick, I can't get out of the god damn kitchen. I've scanned everywhere. It's still playing music like its a boss battle, but we got everything.

I'm think I'm gonna need to restart the level. Is this a glitch?

Quite possible, however, my first playthrough I had that happened and found one of his “minion chefs” hiding around the corner where the door to the generator room is..
