The Chat Room

For some reaon i am unable to get on the chat room, the screan pops up, but all it is a X in the corner, any known reason?

It sounds like you might need a new version of the Java Virtual Machine or the Microsoft Virtual Machine. If you are using Internet Explorer go to Windows Update http://www.windowsupdate.com
If you are using something like Mozilla or Opera go to there respective sites and get the latest updates for the browser.
