i played through professional in 9 hours, now the levels were hard at certain points but wheres the difficulty in the bosses especially shandor destructor version and stay puft was a push over. imo the hardest part were those damn stone angels at the gate when the ecto cant get throught, i still have no idea how i beat that part just got lucky i suppose. and one more thing, when they said how bout the rookie drives the ecto-1b i got really excited then they said not, assholes lol

The plan is your supposed to use the slime tether to smash the angels into the gate, a fair objective on it's own. But it's difficulty is doubled by the short little guys.

Try and keep moving and slime the little crawlers until they're pretty much gone.

Then use your slime tether to connect a angel to the white bar ABOVE the gate. Hit it around 6 times and your done!

I just used the Wrangle Stream and slammed the angels into the gate. That worked really well.

I found professional to be very challenging, requiring many play throughs of some spots (which was annoying when many points required me to rewatch scripted sequences instead of just saving before the action).

The hardest encounters are never the boss battles, but the big battles where you've got to deal with multiple different types of enemies coming and going all at once. It can be very hectic trying to concentate your fire while dodging all that and also keeping your teammates alive.

I played the ‘Sedgewick Level’ (First Visit) on Experienced, and when I got to the flooded hallway (Sargassi fight), I kept getting overwhelmed by the “Candelabrum Crawlers”. This game ist still awesome, but hopefully, if they do decide to make a “sequel” (wich I hope they do), they will have learned from their mistakes. Oh! and +1 on how it WAS kind of pointless for all the other GBs to have the same equipment as the rookie, but, what a ride!(*peter)

I was first playing on Casual, and good lord, those damn cherub things on the last level kept kicking my ass. Its a good thing that Ray was there to revive me, constantly.

see i was taking the angels and slamming them around i guess i slammed a couple into the concrete above the gate. and ray pissed me off as well as the rest of them, they went down so easily i lost count how many times i revived them. the next game they need to make the busters have better ai for the difficulty setting. so ive been playing online and i love the ranking system and costume change but ive been getting alot of frozen screens past two days and its slowed me alot in my progress to be number 1 gb. id also like to say i hope u guys actually revive ur teamsmates like i do, i mean i revive them 10 times i fall once and i have to hope they survive long enough for me to auto revive, most times they dont and im salty.
