doesn't this seem familiar to anyone? remember that guy who was on here months ago saying he was making gb3? this reminds me a lot of that, all talk and no real footage;just some e.t. reject walking around with flashing white eyes. been there, done that. by the way, everyone's right on the use of the gb2 clip. do something else, like a shot of your ecto-1's door closing, or just use the “who ya gonna call” line. something other than a brief clip of gb2…
as of right now i have little to no interest in seeing your movie, as the title itself can't even spark interest in it for me. it seems like you stole one of Fritz's fanfic titles. hell you may have stolen one of his stories too…

In regards to the guy from the UK supposedly making a Ghostbusters 3, I don't think any footage of any kind was released.

As for titles… it sounds similar to The Chronicles of Gozer, but ‘Chronicles’ on it's own isn't used, least not at the moment. :p

that is true that there was no footage shown, but can you really consider what was in that trailer “footage”?

Are the steps from the excorcist by any chance?

That was the first thing that hit me. When I saw those stairs, it made me think of the exorcist. Because I'm a big fan. But I paused the video. And took a closer look. And they are not the stairs used in the film. The stairs in the film are not in salt lake city. They are in Georgetown, Washington D.C. Anyways If you look really closely at that scene you can tell they are not. The one in the film, had much more stairs than this one did.

I really liked the teaser, I think it was very good. But I think I agree more with daftkid909 first post. And what Kingpin stated above. I do hope to hear more of this. Because It is interesting. And I like it!

I am really curious as to why a pro-production company wants to make a GB fan film when you guys have the resources to do much more empowering projects. Not that there is anything wrong with it, I am just intrigued as to what sparked the idea and motivated you guys to make a GB fan film.

Well, we have all been really big fans of the show since we were kids, and growing up doing film, I guess we always wanted to make a fan film about it. We went thru many different ideas, scripts, and SFX/screen tests in film school, but we could never afford to make the film the way we wanted and to do it justice. So we waited until now when “we have the tools, we have the talent!” so we are cutting back our normal work load ever so slightly so we can have time to make this project happen. We want it not only as a satiation of our GhostHeaded-ness, but to have it also serve as a demo reel to future clients so they may see our talents and abilities.

Thanks for the questions. I'd be happy to answer any more anyone has.

Yes but even if the title was in use… it's not like anyone cares about other peoples' titles being used. Unfortunately.

Well, a Panasonic DVX100B 16x9 @ 24p is what it was shot on. Edited with Final Cut and Adobe After Effects 6.5.
