Something people have to remember is that between the two movies, we have something like three or four hours TOTAL in which to understand the characters. That's fine when you're talking movies, but when it's a cartoon, or like in this case, a monthly comic book; there are other things you have to account for. Like personal growth.

If the guys handled every situation the same way every time, each and every one of you would start whining that Dabb's some horrible writer. The longer a character is “on screen” the more they develop. It's a simple fact of writing.

So yeah, they may start off just like the movie, but I'm sure they'll grow and change a bit. Just like any other human being would. But that's just a gut feeling…because I have confidance in Dabb's writing skills.

Also, this may seem corny, but I'd also like to learn more about Louis, Dana, and Walter Peck. What are their families like (Parents, Siblings, etc.)? What were their childhoods like? Is Walter Peck married (Who would be that desperate? :p )? Was Louis' Dad a bank manager? Did Dana's parents raise her with a somewhat strict upbringing stressing musical arts? Do they approve of Peter or the Ghostbusters (Or better yet, what would they think of Peter's traveling conman Dad, Charlie Venkman? )? Just something to think about.

Think about it. Have you guys ever tried to live with a Rick Moranis character? How irratating and annoying would that be? How long could you survive with him? Maybe that's why she moved to Florida. :p

sheesh… you guys are rough! louis sounds like an alright guy… he likes boggle, super mario bros., and parchese…. not to mention he LOVES to boogy down to laura branigan tunes at his kickin' client parties. :-)
