Well, the film just opened today. I just saw it, and it was suprisingly really good. They made it closer to the TV series, and even uses music from it.

My rating? 4/5

My brother and I saw it today and really enjoyed it, it was a lot better then it's predecessor, and even the main villain was three dimensional and not just a cliche.

I liked the part at the end where it turns out the Hulk actually was the Abomination the whole time.

Wait… wrong Ed Norton movie.

AAAAARGHHHH!!!! HULK MAD! HULK SMASH!

The incredible Hulk!
Have you see the movie? No?! You're kidding me!
What are you waiting for, shut down your computer and run to the theater!
What, you're still reading… I'm not joking, go to the theater right now!
Now, or you'll make me mad… and you won't like me when I'm mad!

Because this movie is fantastic! You will feel the theater vibrating around you, the floor trembling, your seat will shake under the action! And you better be prepared, if you thought “IronMan” had it all, because HULK SMASH!

They did exactly what a good movie needs, they prepared the ingredients carefully and they cooked like a chef what the hungry fans wanted; everything is there, a good script, the living essence of the characters, incredible action, even winks to the tv serie! Lou Ferigno does the voice of the Hulk and Stanley makes another surprise apparence on the big screen. The Hulk looks even better than ever and sends the mutants, spider-man, and self-proclaimed “fantastic four” out of this world; leaving at the end IronMan as the only good opponent to beat in another blockbuster…

If strength is an element representing the strongest of the human species, Hulk is definitly our champion!

even winks to the tv serie!

That's cause they based more on the TV series and comics. Even uses, The Lonelyman theme (the music played at the end of each episode).

A lot of references of to the TV series, hint hint, Bill Bixby seen on TV.

The last movie disappointed some and most wanted something more down to earth, like in the tv serie; a man fighting for his humanity, trying to control the beast inside of him; not only you see an archive showing Bill, but the actor who play Bruce Banner also look alot like him.

Yes, I know. That's why they casted him. Edward Norton was also a fan of the Bill Bixby series, and did rewrites to the script. Lou Ferrigno even said he reminded him of Bixby, which is good to know.
