just PCs (^_^) I have been doing this awhile and found out ultimately I end up answering to myself when it comes to moderating, someones gotta make decisions, thats why I'm a mod, I'm doing what I believe to be right, not what other try and tell me they think should be done. Particularly from people who can't follow the rules themselves. I am taking note of the constructive criticism here. For the most part, I know what needs to be done and what needs to happen for this place to run smoothly whether people will agree with it or not and just let the site be run the way it should be is another story as you can see.

Hey I could'nt even agree more with Bo and Dr. Riddle. Come on let's all stop bickering and start talking about Ghostbusters again. (^_^)

Ya were here to talk about Ghostbusters and we still are in the Ghostbusters forum here. And were not attacking anyone there so the whole talk about Ghostbusters thing is under control. We are also trying to workout other problems with this board so that we can still have fun talking about Ghostbusters.

Off topic here, does this mean I can't talk about Batman or Green Lantern anymore? Seein as this is a GB board and they are DC characters.

Thats why we have the Misc forum and this Board Talk forum. So we can talk about things that need to be addressed about this board and to talk about things that don't have to do with Ghostbusters.

Zack, I think that was uncalled for. Vinz_Clortho was only pointing out (if that was whom that was directed towards, which it appears so) your refusal to listen to one board members opinion. As a mod you should listen to the opinions of EVERYONE. While there have been many occassions where I have disagreed with PC's methods of dealing of things that may get to him personally, I think that most of his posts about problems with the board (especially the ones made in this very post) or ways to fix problems with the board have been insightful and valid. Lest you forget he is a member of this board whether you like it or not and regardless of personal feelings his views shouldn't be treated any differently than anyone elses. Alot of people seem to forget that what he wants is what we all want: The board to be a BETTER PLACE. A mod should respect everyones opinion whether they have a personal problem with someone or not. People's personalities/attitudes/actions aren't the discussion here, it's how to make the board a better place and it shouldn't matter WHO said what, it should matter WHAT they said. Personally even If I have dislike for someone, if they make a good point I give them credit when credit is due. Also, try to remember that even though YOU may be doing a good job (Which I think you are), that doesn't necessarily mean all the mods are. Even if you didn't intend for it sound that way it still did. You asked for someone to say something inregards to you, so I did.

Back to the subject. I personally don't have any problems with how things are right now and rather than to think up something and use up space I'll let all the other guys/girls that have good ideas/imput to do so. They're the ones that need to heard, not me.

As a side note I'd like to say that Chris has done a good job with this thread, it's good to hear that one of the mods is motivated to make some good change. From what I've seen Chris has been fair with everyone and extremely consideriate with everyones imput, wanting to hear all sides not leaving anything out for consideration or further thought. Good Job Chris, glad to have you has a mod.
