The sad truth here is alot of you people, regardless of whether you were voted into your positions or whatever DO NOT NEED TO BE MODS. Some of you have no business doing the job. I'm more than happy to name a few examples. Back and TexasGB being on top of my dance card. Back should have been immediately expelled as a mod for abusing his power back in the day to keep his stupid toilet humor posts up when everyone was getting sick of them. He and TexasGB threatened to ban Vinz because Vinz was being “Too Vocal” about his dislike for back's weird sense of humor. On top of that back has shown actions unbecoming of the high standards you mods hold yourselves to apparrently. Such as physically threatening members. Whether it be on or off this site is irrelevant because the fact is he did it, and is capable of doing it. The man doesn't need to be a moderator.

Now on the subject of TexasGB. TexasGB is only a moderator right now because he kisses Chad's ass at every ample opportunity and even when there isn't one. Ya ever notice Tex never has anything bad to say about this place even when on the rare occasion when their is? Thats him kissing Chad's ass right there. The man has never questioned a decision Chad has made. Remember when Chad staged that hack on his own website and blamed it on me to “Teach me a lesson”. Tex actually thought Chad was justified in what he did and that I should “Just fall in line”. Chad could assrape TexasGB's mother and Tex would just shrug and go “She probably had it coming.” BTW Tex, I know how much you love it when people point out how much of an asskisser you are so i'm saving this post. You delete it and i'm posting it again. Same goes for you back.

As good a guy that Zack is, and believe me I think Zack is pretty cool. He just doesn't have any business being a moderator anymore. He's too much of a throwback to the old “I'm in a position of authority so I don't have to care what you people think” way of thinking. That line of thinking was the stigma that Ghostbusters.net bore when Chad was playing Dictator of the GB Community. Shit man no one need look no further than what he's said to Vinz and PC. People who have legitimate complaints about how things are run here and he dismisses them as “Babies” and tells them to “Grow-Up” He even outright toldPC he didn't care what he thought on this subject. Thats proof positive right there the guy doesn't need to be a mod. Sorry Zack, but perhaps it's time you just threw in the towel there buddy.

I am actually very happy with this team of mods that was elected. I have been on many mod teams throughout the history of this board and this is the best yet. Sure some are here more than others but everyone here was elected becase they do a good job when they mod and have added to the community.

I just find it interesting that Texasgb avoided the issue altogther in this one post, when I asked what was the deal with the Moderators. No opinions, no rebuttals, no point at all.

I think what everybody here needs is a nice warm cup of green tea.

as if none of the moderators here have ever been called babies, or even the whole site generalized as a bunch of babies who can't handle what some people have to say. Anyway I love how me brushing off two people's “complaints” who don't exactly have a squeaky clean history automatically means I don't care about everyone elses opinions.

Why is it almost everyone else seems to have no problem with me other than the 2 or 3 from Nightsquad? :-) I try to be the most helpful mod I can, answering questions, finding links, making sigs/avatars, I do enforce the rules of the site that are here and am very objective when it comes to it. I'm not trying to be arrogant or say I'm perfect, I'm saying I know what my job is and I know how it needs to be done.

I don't have any problems with any of the moderating team (minus two, Bo already said whom, though.), I just think that you saying you answer to yourself was a bit… ignorant? Something like that.

A couple of points.

1. One thing I've learned lately, you can't say a f**king thing anymore without having it turned around at you.

2. I can move a thread to another forum if it doesn't belong there, but there are other texts here that belong elsewhere but cannot be moved by anyone else but the person who said it. I'm talking about the feuds between PC, Zack, Shadow, and Vinz. Guys, please take it to the PM's, that's one reason why we have them. If you're gonna try and resolve things maturely, sure, post here, but not if you're gonna openly attack back and forth.

LAst time I checked, mods were people too. In this free world, it is impossible to have anyone do a job without personal confliction.

Absolutely. That's why we have the PM system, to let Mods and others resolve personal problems there and not publicly on the boards.
