i enjoyed the master system version of ghostbusters a lot. It was a superior version of the NES game. Better graphics and gameplay. They spelled Gozer wrong (Goser) but at least they got the price of the Ecto-1 right ($4800).

I played this game all the time and once in awhile i'll play it on the emulator.

XD You used Louis! I usually go with Ray and Egon myself, but that's a personal preference.

You're really good at it though! *is watching now*

Heh, he was there, might as well use him.

^^ I suppose if it's there, use it? Or him? XD

Well, I do want to play that RGB Arcade game, seriously, anyone, do you know where I can find it?? REALLY wanna play it. Really really really.

I actyually thought that GB II for the NES wasn't that bad, in fact, I just played it the other day!(*peter)

To each his own I guess, but I hated that one and the NES Ghostbusters, and GB II not having a pause button? What the hell Nintendo?

I think it's all a matter of taste. It was….tolerable for me. I played it because I loved Ghostbusters, even as a little kid. So, naturally, I bugged my mom and dad until I got GB and GB2 for NES. Like I said, it was….think of a stale twinkie. OK to eat at first, but give it a bit and you get a bad taste in your mouth…give it a bit more, and you're bent over the toilet praying to the porcelain gods.

I love the Genesis game though! I just realized though, I never, ever, play as Peter….XD

*And I liked all of them, just in varying degrees…Like I said before in a previous post on this very subject - "I guess you just had to have been there to appreciate them fully"…

*Not saying that a large number of us weren't, however alot of people are just now finding the games due to the renewed interest in GB, and through the “Angry Video Game Nerd”…

*And yes - ALOT of said games have flaws…But there-in lies their charm (*peter)…

*Cheers.

In case you were curious, New Ghostbusters 2 was a great game. It was NES PAL version, released in Europe, but I played it on an Emulator. It's really pretty good, 5 levels, you can play as any of the 5 Ghostbusters, they count Louis in there. **NOTE: NOT talking about the crappy Ghostbusters 2 game, Look up, “New Ghostbusters 2” and You'll see the game I mean. Thank you**

Anyone know where I can get a copy of the RGB Arcade game and a good Arcade Emulator? I've been dying to play that one.

I totally forgot about New Ghostbusters 2! That game kicks ass!

RGB Arcade is great too, best thing to do is to put the same controls for the two or three players mode and use the crossed stream everytime hehe.
The only disapointing thing is the music, which is the GB theme (a good one here) repeating again and again.

And I'm still searching for a plot, maybe they were in the containement unit but why they would throw ghost in it at the end of the stages? …

Its kinda hard not to forget it since it wasn't released in the States for some odd reason. I'll still never understand it, I'd take that Ghostbusters 2 over the one we got any day of the week.
