When you order a DVD that is more than £18 from abroad you will have to pay TAX, when the item arrives in the UK the Royal Mail customs department will do this automatically for you. The postman will not deliver your item he will post you a card telling you that Royal Mail has an item for you at the local depot, also on the note is how much you have to pay if you wish to collect it. Simply pop down to your local depot with the money owed and you can then take it home.

As a guess I would say you will have to pay 15% VAT on your order which works out to £11.85 +Royal Mail charge of £11 making it around £22.85.

Somebody pointed that out to me yesterday, wow nice savings. I hate it for the early adopters that got shafted in price, but can save and get this toward Xmas.

Yes, well, I did warn you silly boys to look at what happened with Get Smart. Time-Life released the entire series at an exorbitant price for a while, then, after that, Time-Life *and* Sony released the “season sets” and the whole box-set in stores at a much lower cost.
