The rookie's name?

Probably brought up several times before but is the rookie's name Scooter Haas? Several times in the game he is called Scooter both by Peter and Ray, and Haas by Ray. I was just wondering if it was ever confirmed what his name was?

“Scooter” is a random nickname, and Ray is calling him “Hoss” which is a pretty common southern nickname (aren't you from Texas?)

No the Rookie is never named. His name is whatever you want it to be.

The name it´s suppossed to be: Yours

I think they never named the guy to make you feel like you are the rookie, if Ray called him “Johnny”, only the Johns fans would feel like they´re the guy on the game… so, he can be you.

and if you want to get technical, the likeness belongs to a guy named, ‘Ryan French’.

Ryan seemed like a decent chap to me. Does anyone know (Skanker?) what happened to him after the merge with Activision? Did he stay on with them or go somewhere else? Cuz afterwards when ever the game was being shown off I don't recall him talking about it again.

Just a general queery really.
