Not that I know of, and I've seen practically every Simpsons episode…
I don't even think they've pulled any one liners (ie: who ya gonna call? Almost every show at one point in time, including Digimon, have had this quote with GB in mind).

they may be scared of sony, the mear mention of ghostbusters on tv makes sony rear it ugly head…..sony can KISS MY GHOST!!!, oh yeah i would like to the simpsons ghostbusters, it would be funny

The closest thing I know is when Homer says:

Chipmunks rule. All three movies, The Alvin Show, and the eighties show. All of it (as well as Muppet Babies). I don't remember the parody, though, although it's on M-F every morning on Cartoon Network.
Has anyone seen Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet the Wolf Man? One of my favorite movies, absoloutely hystarical, with eerily catchy songs.
What more could you ask for?

I like that epiosde of Rocko's Modern Life when they were after a ghost and got equipment very similar to the Ghostbusters. That was really funny.

I take back my previouse statement after seeing last weeks newest episode where Homer says:

The Simpsons have had so many other spoofs and mentions of claasic movies, I'd love to see a Ghostbusters one.
