Google only really gives you one download from BunnyEars.net, which is a skin for a Ghostbuster.

There were a bunch of RGB skins made, as well as a Ghost Trap Lamp, PKE lamp and Firehouse wallpapers…

Although I don't know of any sites that might still have them and I have no idea where to look for them… I uploaded the skins to my DeviantArt account but they need preparing before being put into the game… and they were only made for the first version of The Sims, not the better successor.
