But the Ghostbusters would be naked 
without a logo. It's something that's helped to make them famous. It's what represents them. It's on the Jumpsuits, it's on the Cars, it's even hanging over the door outside the firehouse. They just wouldn't be the Ghostbusters without their logo.

The 2 fingered logo was simply made for marketing, thats all. There had to be something new and eye catching. Ghostbusters had been running game for quite some time and to be honest, i think that, the 2 fingered logo may have helped. People saw that and were like “oh cool, part 2”. I do think however that if GB3 were to be made, that going back to the original logo would be a great idea. People are familiar with it, and when they see it they will get excited to see something they loved from way back return. Also on the original logo's side is the clothing line which was just recently sold a Hot Topics.

I'm afraid I'm against the logo. I like the idea of fixer's logo for marketing, and original logo for ecto, firehouse, and flightsuits. The reason I don't like the three fingered idea is because the difference between the first two logo's was huge, but the three fingered logo is basically just a slightly altered GB2 logo.

How about some uniforms have the 2 fingered logo and some the original? That would be cool. Compare it to Ray and Winston wearing slimeblowers and Egon and Peter wearing proton packs in GB II…

I like the concept of continuing the tradition, but I think it should only be on the poster. In the movie, they should use the original logo.
