I know it's so negative but I think it may give a bit of insight into what people don't like about the cartoons.

For me its the episode “A Fright at the Opera”. I can't begin to explain what all went wrong in this episode. There was one scene where Winston, Egon, and Ray moved they lips to Rays dialog. There was all sorts of scenes where the ghostbusters uniforms were the wrong colors. This for me was the worst episode of The Real Ghostbusters.
