There seems to be an episode missing from Real Ghostbusters Complete colelction.

I remember an episode that was in the 90s where the ghostbusters adopt this green ghost that has legs and this ghost ends up bringing a whole bunch of ghosts to the fire house including the ghost toilet. And it's not Buster the ghost. I looked all through the booklet and couldn't find it.

I've never heard of such an episode. Even when the whole series was unofficially released on the web some time before the Time Life release, there wasn't an episode featuring the content you've described.

I'm inclined to believe it never actually existed.

I know that wasn't an RGB episode. Might that have been EGB? (I will readily admit that I have not seen all 40 episodes of EGB)

It's definitely not FGB, either. Must have been a spoof or something…they were a dime-a-dozen back in the 80s and 90s.

Your description seems to have elements of both “Buster the Ghost” and “Victor the Happy Ghost”, though both are blue, not green. Its possible this was a comic book somewhere, perhaps one of the Marvel UK's. Given the proclivities of memory, it's also possible this was an episode of an unrelated show that was “misfiled” in with your RGB stuff. Lord knows I've done that often enough.
