I've just seen too many cheapskates around here saying “that's too expensive you're stupid for selling that for so much blah blah blah!” and to be honest, it's driving me crazy.

If you don't want to buy something, leave it alone. Don't ridicule a seller or his prices.

Further took his measurements from MY screen-used canister, and you simply won't find anything more accurate or well-made. It's worth the price.

You might think it's crazy, others think it's good. I'm sure non ghostbusters fans would say it's crazy to pay $1000 for a replica proton pack, as to them, it's just wood, wires and crap slapped together.

If you don't want it, don't reply. They look great though, but don't the money to buy one.

no way in hell would I pay $300 for one. I probably wouldn't even break $100, if that.

Then don't buy one.

Everyone on this forum needs to stop stop stop complaining about prices….if you don't like them, keep your mouth shut and don't buy. Plain and simple.

Take it easy man. I was just commenting on the price. I don't have a problem with people selling something, I just tend to question the manufacturing cost of things like this. Its why I haven't bought a proton pack yet. I'm not telling the guy to change his price, I'm just commenting. After all, this is a message board. Plus it should be noted I have no problem buying things for what they are worth, as I've bought stuff from your collection before.

I don't mean to single you out, by any means. In fact, the comment was moreso directed at others on the forum.

I was simply trying to convey my thoughts on the issue, not to single you out specifically. I only used your quote because it happened to be handy.

Trust that it was a general comment, not a condemnation.

Let me assure that to TMNT fans, it's worth that much. As far as manufacturing costs, it took me about 5-6 hours per canister. I'm lucky enough to have access to a full machine shop, but most machinists charge between 30-65 dollars an hour, and many welders charge between 60-100 an hour. These are 100% accurate, and each piece was custom machined and welded to tight specs. I'm making very little profit on these. I did it because I thought it would be fun and it has never been done before. I don't plan on making any more in the future.
