While I can understand his want and desire to step away and do something else…I personally (personally mind you) do not believe Nickelodeon / Viacom deal was the best way to do it.

I hope for the best but remain overtly pessimistic about the whole thing

I am happy that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will continue with a new tv series and a new film. I wonder how they could possibly top the 2003-2008 series that ran on Fox thought. Despite some weak episodes here and there and the silly Fast Forward season, I really enjoyed it, I still have yet to watch seasons three and four.

I am a little unsure of how this affects the movie that was in the works at Warner Bros., I remember that they wanted to make another live action film, though I can not see that happening given how much a live action movie takes to make in the present day compared to the first film which came out in 1990. Hopefully the story will be good and I hope that wither the film is CGI or live action that the actors who voiced the Turtles in the 2007 CGI movie come back. They really nailed their parts to a T.
