ya, we all know the chance of a ghostbusters 3 movie being made is as high as elvis coming back and saying he was on a extended vacation, but why does it have to be a movie? why not another form of media, better yet, why not go for the interactive kind: videogames. look at all the franchises that are coming to it or have already been released within the last few years: dirty harry, reservior dogs, rocky, robocop, bad boys, the godfather, and others i can't remember right now. hell take the new scarface game. they are totally redoing the ending of the movie to make it so tony montana doesn't die, and thus is a “sequel” to the original. and given the recent sucess of revived franchies like transformers, teenage mutant ninja turtles, and g.i. joe, why not ghostbusters? it's a sony property, so sony would of course make it a ps2 (possibly ps3) exclusive and just go that route. i would love to see this happen as i would believe there wouldn't be as many hoops to jump through to get it made. plus you could have murray come in and do a little bit of voice acting for venkman, as he seems to enjoy voice acting right now moreso than bringing back a beloved franchise to the silver screen. so who here agress that this would be an awesome idea. and yes i'm well aware of the other "professionalattempts to get a game made, but they weren't done in-house as sony could keep a very close eye on it and make sure it was true to canon. so again; who's for this baby???

p.s. if i see a garfield video game come out with murray's voice in it, i will be reeeeeaaaaaallllllyyyyy upset.
