It's definitely an extreme wheelchair.

Awesome to finally see pictures of this, considering I thought they just never even went down this line with Garrett. I would have preferred a more cartoon accurate version, but I probably would have bought this if it came out. I loved Garrett.

And that's just blown ten year's worth of rumour and chinese whispers out of the water.

Too bad it was never produced along with the rest…

That looks cool, I definitely would've purchased it back then. Too bad it wasn't released.

Nice to see that Garrett was not forgotten after all. Shame that this figure never got made as I would have gladly bought him. I wonder if he was going to be part of the deluxe line, as the cannon/missile launcher equipped wheelchair just screams Deluxe figure to me. *

* The deluxe figures were the second lineup of the Extreme Ghostbusters themselves, it had Egon with the radar equipped proton pack as seen in “Killjoys”, Kylie with an over sized version of the EGB ghost trap, and over sized proton pistols as well, Roland with a new paint scheme, and portable containment unit(I think that is what the marketing materials called it) and Eduardo with a new paint scheme and a different proton pack.
