The props? Erm, we built them. (*winston)

The car was lent (and driven) by it's owner, Milton Homan. It was present because the majority of the exterior filming took place on a “SFX Weekend” at the Movieum, which featured several movie car replicas.

Gary, the director did the Proton Gun special effects, and the Ecto-1 opening sequence. A different visual artist created Slimer and the Ghost Trap Effects, but had to pull out of the project before it was finished.

I just now saw the video. I was quite entertained by it, though I can't help but to ask, who was that woman you closed the door on Kingpin?

I forget her connection in real-life… in the “story”, she was someone who worked at the building.

Oh, I was thinking she was playing the role of a spectator who wanted to get in there and watch you guys catch the ghost herself.

Saw this on my hard drive, went ahead and watched it. Pretty good, not as good as Ghostbusters Salt Lake City but ok.

Ecto 1 : A++++++++
Props: A
Special Effects: A+
Acting: C
Cast: C+

Ecto was badass, one time shot it seems, but still badass. Props were great, high quality; good job. Special effects were great, higher than most. Trap effect was really good and proton streams were great. The cast was ok. No bash to anybody, not even Kingpin (He and others know we don't get along on here). The cast was “lopsided” in that why the guys with no packs? Eh, just felt “off”. Again no bash to anybody, but being so short you didn't know “why” everybody was there so it felt off to me. Acting was ok to, and I am no actor myself as I stay behind the camera (indy filmmaker when times allows). With the short time of the shoot, I assume it was done quick. I hope you guys do more and have time to develope the characters and such. Good start and even if you don't get Ecto 1 to use, you got the props, the style and special effects. OH, filmmaker question/critique: why did Ecto 1's siren keep going and going? That was annoying. I assume it was overlay-ed in video editing? Just wondering. Hope to see more!

Like noted, the effects were on the money in this fan film, the equipment seems to look much like GB film/GB:TVG. Acting wasn't too bad to me, its after all under 4 minutes. Two things bugged me however:

-Slimer/ghosts screen time was way too short in the footage. I know that you guys hit the design well, but a bit more airtime for Slimer could have made it more of a threat to the viewer.

-Why is one of the UK GB's got a GBII logo on his shoulder. Sorry didn't look good to me.

Overall, this was a pretty good video. Fun to watch.

Carl's a big fan of Ghostbusters II, hence the logo being featured on his uniform. Had we made the suits for the fanfilm then we'd all have had the same logo, but as it was a quick skit with no actual script, pretty much all of it was on the fly.

As for Rob not having a Pack, I believe that at the time it wasn't finished, just like mine.

Makes sense, being on the fly. Done a small film in did it in less than a day, stayed up to 2 am editing in Sony Vegas. Ugh, sucked. Full film still coming?
