1) Pack's finished, has been since December 31st. The newe gun's been 99% finished since May, there's just a couple of cosmetic elements to get finished, and swap out the gun light board as it's a bit dodgy. - You can see the Pack build to date here: LINK

2) As far as I can tell, the replica of the Mystery Machine belongs to the movieum, one of the residents of the old County Hall building, and the institution that gave us the opportunity to film the short fanfilm.
