Unable to Edit Posts

I always get this error when making a quick edit right after I post something:

You cannot make another post so soon after your last; please try again in a short while.

Shouldn't this be zero when editing a post?

I mean.. it's not a new post.. it's an edit.

It's something to do with the anti-spamming setup. Just leave a few nminutes to pass and then it should be fine.
