brian_reilly is a respected member of the Ghostbuster community. He did not break any of the rules on this site. In fact, all he did was ask a question. This is totally unfair. Brian has contributed in many ways to the community with his website, mods, artwork, and more. People have been given second chances on this site before. If anyone deserves one, it's brian_reilly.
