No, I'm not doing their DVD covers, these are UNofficial what the topic title mentioned.
The difference is that the red ROTGB cover belongs to the FVSGB cover like a boxset and the blue one is separate.

I think there was once an art contest on their site, maybe they used the cover of the winner?

Looks good. The guy with the beard looks just like Ewan in Episode II. Nice posters but I like the first one more because it has a cool modified GB logo on the ground.

But who's making the official ones?

lol, the only place you can still download these covers is on that DVD cover site.
Since I made these some time ago, I don't have these anymore.
