Let alone that Ray looks like someone turned on a microwave and the metal plate in his head is on the fritz… (Vegas Vacation reference… anyone? anyone? no? ok…)

Aww, no wonder it looks like that…catching an image in motion always creates these weird screen captures that seem almost…weird.

Christmas Vacation actually.

Ah yes, the quote is from Christmas Vacation, but I sorta combined it with the whole “burping and his legs give out” from Vegas Vacation… this image reminds me of the scene where Clark and Eddie are having a discussion at the All You Can Eat Buffet and Eddie's eyes just roll up into his head mid-sentence.

EDIT: And as I was typing this you edited your's to include the scene I was referring to!!!! AWESOME! lol.

It's only in the Wii/PS2 version that you can choose between male/female. In the PS3/360/PC version, you have to be the male Rookie, modeled after Ryan French. Aside from the possible alternate jumpsuits that you can wear, no other customizations have been announced.

Damn, I was hoping it was like a “create a rookie” thing, that kinda sucks. Not that I was expecting a whole bunch of options, but at the very least a few different heads/body types to choose from.
