I like Vigo better, but Gozer seems more powerful. Then again, Vigo became quite powerful with help from the River Of Slime, so at his highest, he might be more equal to Gozer.

Gozer can become anything IT wants, shoot lightning, cause earthquakes, and summon minions of tremendous size. Vigo can possess people and create giant jello molds. I'll go with Gozer.

Depends on whether or not Gozer takes Vigo seriously.

If Gozer does… No contest, Gozer wins. Of course, it really depends on what form Gozer takes.

If Gozer doesn't take Vigo seriously, I believe Vigo would stand a very good chance at winning.

This pretty much sums it up.

Frankly a lot of people's reasoning for not liking GB2 has to do with the fact that Vigo is such a weak opponent. (And please, let's not turn this into another GB2 like/hate debate).
