Heh, yeah I declined my nomination too (though I am grateful that Jesusfreak thought highly enough of my ability to drop my name in the hat) but I'm still up there. With some of the quality names I was listed “against”, it's not like I ever thought I was in any danger of actually being elected in the first place, but it seemed like a good idea at the time to say something.
I have to admit though…it always makes me a little sad to come in and read a new post on this thread, and look at my lonely little vote. And no, I didn't vote for myself.
