Yeah, there's only like 2 in existence, and they're prototypes that never made it to production. I think there might of been another version, again prototype. Not too sure though, either way I doubt anyone who does have it is willing to part with it.

Oh I know how rare it is. There was one listed on ebay about a year ago for a price I was willing to pay but just couldnt at the time, but am ready to now. Problem is I do not have the buyers contact info and ould love to get a hold of them.

I need to add on the RGB Proton Pack (US version) and Ecto-1 (Yellow, US version). The two I just had graded have come back as qualified as the seller opened and then re-taped them. I was not happy. But I am also looking for these two now.

Yellow Ecto-1? You mean the 1A, right?

What's the difference between the UK and US Proton Pack?

The ecto 1 in the US was released with both yellow and white font similar to how the first series guys were.

The US proton pack has yellow font and the UK, or Canadian version (not sure if both) had white font and was bilingual in some spots i believe.

The difference is only in the text on the box, not the toy. Maybe a slight color difference to pack in the U.S. and Canadian, U.S one a little darker, but hardly anything to fuss over. The only way I knew of this is because I got one pack in a garage sale from Canada (since I live in Canada) and one from eBay (seller from U.S.). There is no difference in the toys though.

Oh, see… I had no idea what you were talking about. If you'd said “Yellow card/graphics font” then I'd have understood.

I admit I can't see the point of chasing down a particular box which had the graphics rendered in a particular colour… it's not like if the UK and US Packs had slightly different molds.

All I can say is it is the thrill of the hunt. I am a big RGB collector so any of the variants etc I always go after!
