ok i understand that he is a star and rich and famous. but we shouldn't wait for a ghostbusters 3. it may sound weird, but i think we together should make our own movie or a short film. it may sound weird but i think all 7,083 can pull it off if we worked together. we would known as fans who had enough. i think its possible. we should try instead of sitting around for something that may not come.

Um….
First of all, a 7083 people production might be a little hard to control. Second of all, There would be too many petty arguements over what happens and such. Third of all, it wouldnt have the magic that danny and the originals (including some of the production team)had. They had a chemistry to make hit movies plus years of experience. Another reason is that it wouldnt be released, inspire a new cartoon, action figures, comics and etc. It would lose the feeling of it coming out(I hope that makes sense). Its a good gesture and all but I dont think it would work. It would be better if we left it to the proffessionals. Unless its a fan film youre talking about, then you could just forget about this post.

And I dont think Ivan Reitman stopped the would-be production of the third film.

I'm not bothered about GB3 to be honest. If they decide to make it I'll be there on its opening day and will most likely enjoy it no matter how good or bad it is. However after GB3 we'll all just be saying “I'm tired of waiting for GB4” and then “I'm tired of waiting for GB5”.

I still have hope for GB3, though, but I think it's too early. Give it a couple more years and GB nostalgia will really start to kick in.

Well said guys. To be honset I don't really want a gb3. The actors have changed in a great way. It wouldn't be the same. They are old, and if they make one imagine the ratings on the dang yahoo.com 2.0, 3.1. I don't want to remeber ghostbusters as the lowest sequel ever. I have high hopes for it. Like Terminator 3.

Edit: Change my mind, ghostbusters 3 is a maybe. But it might look better in cartoon.

Good point guys but I still want a ghostbusters 3. I mean I love ghostbusters and I would give anything to see another sequel, Ghostbusters 3. I would be so excited if it comes out. We can only hope.

You can't say Ghostbusters 3 will be a “Terminator 3”. You can't even say Terminator 3 will be a “Terminator 3”. One thing I hate about the Internet is that everyone seems to write off a movie, judge an actor's performance and pick out crappy scenes simply from viewing a trailer.

Wait until you've seen Terminator 3 before you class it as bad movie. OK I'm not holding up much hope for it without Cameron, Hamilton and Furlong but I haven't seen it, therfore I'm not judjing it yet, so I could be pleasently surprised.

I didn't say Ghostbusters 3 is Terminator 3. I didn't say it was bad. Read it closer next time. And I have High hopes for the movie.
