I tried to register with Weaver Hall, but I never got the “confirm” e-mail. My ID is registered, but I have no idea how to get on the board. I even tried to put in my ID and e-mail to retrieve my password, and it doesn't recognize it. I'm dead in the water for the next 30 minutes due to multiple login attempts.

I couldn't find a contact link to ask for help on the site. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You need to contact Sebastien by going to weaver hall. There is a forum called Weaver hall feedback. Post your problem there! I had problem simular to that.

I tried that too. I never got a response and yet I get update emails.

As far as I know. If you go to the site and click on feedback and post your problem. he will respond quick and fix whatever problem your having.
