sheesh… that rumor is old… like back IN THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND…

I have to say, that was a good one. :-)

As a matter of fact, back in 99 when I first heard the rumor, it made me a die hard Conan fan and introduced me to the king of late night. Personally, I think Conan would be a great “new ghostbuster”.

I remember those Conan rumors. They make sense. He is a huge Aykroyd and Ghostbusters fan. As for Will Smith, it definately makes sense seeing how he does alot of big projects with Sony.

Yeah, Conan is totaly awesome. I'd love to see him running around with a proton pack, shooting ghosts.

To tell you the truth if I could only have one be a ghostbuster out of farley, smith and o'brien, I would pick Conan. Maybe its just because im a fan but I think he would do a pretty good job and he could contribute to the actual story considering hes a very talented writer. (ie simpsons and snl)

I have to agree. While Farley would have been hilarious, no doubt, and Will Smith would have quadrupled the film's appeal to the generation that never had the brains to watch RGB, O'Brien just has something that the other two are lacking. He's funny and charismatic, and has the intelligence that really carried the first movie.

Plus, he's Irish. Represent! :p
