What did you LOVE about the game?

I realize that the thread is full of praise from the community, but as a way of saying ‘thank you’ to skankerzero, Terminal Reality, and Red Fly studios for delivering such fun, I think it would be nice to post maybe your one or two favorite things about it. Perhaps just something that really surprised you or something you weren't sure about but glad it made the cut in the end.

For my part, as to the 360 game, the balance between horror and comedy was perfect. As a Silent Hill fan, I loved some of the darker areas. Also, that “Ghostbusters DVD” relic. Nice.

For the Wii version, how much of the environment was destructable was impressive, as well as the animation on the characters. It may just have been the bad taste of Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings in my mouth, but I doubt it.

What I love about the game is that while you do the same thing a lot (catching ghosts), it's not boring.

Also, it makes me laugh, so that's a major plus.

well so far I only played to the library level and a little online play(don't want to burn out the game yet) but I love how it goes deeper into the movie, like with telling about the collector and it is a pretty chilling game with the ghost voices, especially in the children's reading room.

For the online play, it is just awesome.

I loved all of the voice acting (aside from my idol Murray unfortunately)…and the storyline, if for some reason GB3 doesn't happen in the movies, this honestly is an excellent attempt at it. The game has a movie type feel and they throw in enough add-on's and tweaks to the technology to keep it fresh over the amount of levels provided.

Also love all the easter eggs in the firehouse, the RGB PKE, the GB2 sign and the ecto 1 featurette. Kudos to all involved.

I love the whole experience is higher quality that many, if not all games that have come out recently. Top level experience. The story is, not trying to cuss to bad, fucking fantastic and really is good and not another video game lame ass story.

Off topic, WHERE is the GB2 sign? I have missed it.

the gb2 sign can be seen through a window to the left of Venkman's office.

And all around, I just love this game. Making you a nameless rookie was a great way to put you right in the middle of the witty dialogue between the characters

I thought it was cool that the RGB PKE meter is in the basement and that the XGB trap is as well.

But as far as the game itself is concerned…Oh my god. It was awesome. I personally loved the Central Park area the best.

I've been playing alot and still haven't finished it. I've taken the time to go after every single artifact and i've only missed one or two scans. I always spend lots of time in the Firehouse and look around for things I might have missed or to just slide down the pole a few times. I've also listened to every new set of messages on the answering machine.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this game except for the nit picky things that were probably let go due to time restraints. The ghost capture mechanic is perfect, don't change it. All the tech works well and I hope that if there's a sequal that you guys further populate the upgrade trees.

Trapping a ghost feels really rewarding, I always find my self going “HA TAKE THAT YOU ECTOPLASMIC REJECT.”

I loved the game as whole. It had solid controls, some great graphics with some minor quibbles and I loved stomping around with the original Ghostbusters.

It's been a while since I've had trouble putting a game down. When there are so many games out there that shout for our attention, it's a treat when a game can hold your attention for many many continuous hours. I'm looking forward to playing the multiplayer with several buddies in the coming days.
