The ecto 1 featurette is found in the EXTRAS section of the game. I believe you unlock this after completing the game. I only looked for it after beating the game. They also have a compilation of all the videos featuring MOST of the voice talent, Harold, Dan, Ernie, William Atherton, Potts, etc. Good stuff.

I haven't watched GB on Blu Ray yet but I'm assuming the Ecto 1 featurette is the one we are getting on the Blu Ray disc, the whole refurbishment process.

What???? I beat the game and the only videos i see are just the clips from the game.

I've played through it twice so far, and love it overall.

- The playing as the nameless Rookie aspect is great. I was admittedly one of those at first who thought: “You don't get to play as one of the main Ghostbusters?! WHAT?!” But, it was the perfect approach.

- I was smiling the whole time during the training and then the first mission in the Sedgewick. It was great to be dropped right in the middle of the guys with them explaining things to you and interacting with one another. Having the actors' voices was even better than I thought it would be.

- I liked the idea of Slimer having been captured again and made into a test subject for the Ghostbusters. A knod to RGB where they've now taken him into the fold, but still giving it a movie universe spin.

- Trapping a ghost in this game is addictive. It's not simple, in that they can get away sometimes, but not hard. I think it really captures the feeling of the movies and you get a sense of what it's like to fight with these things once they're in the streams. It's also a beautiful thing to see those proton streams on a next gen console.

- This will sound like I'm exaggerating, but I probably had goosebumps the first time I played the Stay-Puft mission. That one may have been my favorite.

- I enjoyed getting more information on characters like The Gray Lady and Ivo Shandor. I was also glad that this game revisited and went deeper into the Gozerian lore . I've always wanted to see a return to that. Could be wrong, but I think the only thing that tried to go back to that previously were one or two of the RGB UK comic books.

- Shandor Island was cool. That whole mission gave me a slight Resident Evil franchise feeling.

- I love the Replay Mission feature. I thought having the missions be replayable with kind of chapter stops in them was a great idea.

Okay, I have a new thing I love. I love playing the NYC maps on multiplayer now because my friend and I were playing survival mode on the rooftop. We are both on headsets when get to about wave 10 on the roof and everything starts shaking and we both let out a simultaneous “OH $#!+!!!” as Mr. Stay Puft poked his pissed off, giant head up and we both screamed like giddy little school girls.

It was easily the best moment I have had while gaming … EVER!

Haha, that happened to me and one of my friends too. It was awesome.

I've gotta say, the single player was fantastic and the multiplayer is just as good. I can't stop playing it. I love just sitting down with my friends and going through campaign after campaign. I did the same thing with Left 4 Dead, but not to this degree. <3 GB

-The best thing about the game was the entire concept of the Mandala. Why? Because it explained why the Ghostbusters never franchised or thought about it until the start of this game.

For years I always wondered in a stupid over analytical haze why the strongest supernatural occurances in over 100 years focuses on the big apple. You could kind of rationalize that the Shandor Building was the cause, but the fact that there was a spiritual highway that attracted and formed all kinds of PK anomolies was pure genius.

Plus, it's still there! they never got rid of it (I like to think it was so they could stay employed rather than just forgetting about it.) so they can still have all kinds of adventures for years to come… or at least until they retire.

-Sliming down possessed people was a chore, but I loved the concept ever since GB2. It would only have been cooler if everyone was sunshine and rainbows like Ray was after getting slimed.

-We finally got to see a giant SLOAR! And fight it! AWESOME!

- Jenine's phonecalls were brilliant. As were the bellbottoms and dancing toaster.

-I also loved the near-death experiance of crossing the streams. Egon was right, it is very bad.

I genuinely loved the whole damn thing. It exceeded my expectations and was thoroughly good fun to play too. All I could have asked for, really.

As for the best bit - It's the way Venkman says, “Everybody” to Winston in one of the final cinematics. Classic.

There is so much stuff to love about this game. Pretty much everyone has said the things I really enjoyed and I loved the little touches throughout the game just for fans. Play through it twice and am currently addicted to multiplayer. Thanks TR, it's awesome!! Love it!!!

Loved:

-the first half of the game, felt more polished than the last half (cutscenes, more in game scripted events, better facial animation, rookie was more involved, more hunting)
-the firehouse and hidden goodies (Louis' desk, Vigo painting, proton pack assembly desk, etc)
-the marshmallow pursuit using ecto-1 and the super slammer
-trapping Slimer
-fisherman ghost and the hotel ocean transformation
-awesome dialog from everyone. I love Egon's one liner at the ending, classic! i think everyone was in character. Especially Dan, thanks!
-sweet character models, cool facial animations, lip syncing off at times though
-some really funny dialog ( We eat Gods for breakfast!" )
-the many references and quotes used from previous movies
-the proton stream and slime canon, shock blast cool too
-dangling like a worm on a hook in the Stay Puft fight
-overall great boss fights
-nice graphics
-varied levels
-great use of GB music
-awesome sound fx
-trapping ghost = fun as hell
-the civil war ghosts
-the cemetary level and tombstone monster
-PKE meter and Tobin Spirit Guide collection
-where all the mood slime came from in GBII
-addicting, challenging, and FUN multiplayer. Blasting Stay Puff in the face with your buddies = a dream come true.

Lots of things probably already said here. But I just found something today, on PS2. Yesterday, when playing the PS3 version in my videostore, the owner said to me “hey, you're playing in english? Why you don't put it in french instead?” He said, by switching the console configuration to french, the software itself will follow. I was surprised.

Today, I did the same but on PS2, I was already playing the french version, which sounds very good, and Wow! here I am with the original voices! That gives a whole new game to me becose how things are said, the style and humor change as well!

I realy love the PS2 version and you will miss something if you decide to not give it a chance.

I certainly wouldn't consider the game perfect; I've got my share of nitpicks. But that said, I do think they did a fantastic job creating the game. After maxing all the settings on my PC version, I was stunned at how nicely detailed everything was. The story was very creative, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into coming up with it.

But I guess what I really loved about the game was the whole feel of ghost busting; it really did feel rewarding to trap the ghosts, and I even found myself thinking at times, “so THIS is what it feels like to be a Ghostbuster.” Let's all hope for an equally good sequel.
