I was a non-certification track apprentice. I basically performed every job duty of a Funeral Home Director, I just had no license and only assisted in the embalming process.

It was actually very rewarding. I enjoy helping people, and I'm not sure there is a time when a person is more in need of a helping hand than at the moment when they have experienced a personal loss.

Hey maybe you would know this, why are certain prescriptions so expensive? I have to take this acid reflux/heartburn pill called Aciphex and with insurance it's $52 for a month supply. Without insurance it costs $200 which I think is insane and I have to take this because it is the only pill that works for me.

By day I'm but a humble graphic designer for one of Australia's largest printing companies.
I deal with clients who want regular stationery items printed (we don't do other promotional items), and I also try and work with files supplied by other graphic designers that can't spell and have no idea about prepress or printing.

And by night…

I'm still a graphic designer using my own company doing freelance work.
