do you think ghostbusters would have been better or worse, if Mr. Belushi had played the part of venkman like akroyd had planned? i like it just the way it was personally, but what do you guys think?

Yeah, I don't see how the movie could gain anything from Belushi playing Vakeman. It certainly would have been a much different movie … considering that Akroyd originally had the “Ghostbusters in Space” idea too.

Murray probably fits the final product better but the origional script I do not know enough on.
