Awww c'mon! I thought the GB1 Slimer was cute and cuddly! That said, this new Slimer looks like he's ready to take names and kick some ass.

Naw this slimer kicks some major Ass lol. Hes not the little cute annoyin food chomping lookin spud that we knew once. This one looks like he doesnt take sh#% from no one :p an yeah it does look like if you ticked him off he would lay a beaten on you haha…….. ULTRA COOL!!!!!!!!!! :-)

I thought slimer in GB1 was quite menacing. It was only the cartoon that turned him into a joke.

Actually, Slimer in RGB worked quite well. It was the last couple of seasons that messed him up.

The new Slimer artwork is great. Then again, I join the consensus, that the new art shown overall is really impressive.
As for my two cents, I don't want to see him as “cute”, a mascot, or a pet. I would like to see him him as the random cameo throughout the series, possibly hounding Peter from time to time as kind of an “interest”, but staying as the “ghost that they never can catch… er, again”.

1. Slimer won't be cute
2. He/It won't be a recuring character, but he/it will be around from time to time, not often. We're not going to let him appear for no reason, after all it is not a coincidence he was the 1st ghost to be trapped by the guys
3. He will not pest Peter like in the cartoon, if anything he's trouble but in the dark sense of the term.
