they may never make another gb movie, and im sure most of us during some time in our life have wondered,: “if they did make one what would it be like?”. and if your like me after that thought you might of come up with a dozen scenarios for the movie, like: “what if it had the extreme gb's in it?“ or ”god I hope its not like that stupid cartoon". And then you start to make fanfics, posts, trying to give out what you think the perfect idea might be. So I am just asking, what were you’re hopes for it? Did you ever have ideas for the future of gb? Please post your hopes.

I think the GB3 would be good with let's say the descendents of one of the GBs and a new team. EGB could have been much better if the characters weren't so stupid and it had a better title. Perhaps if GB3 was done as a better EGB, it would do pretty well at the box office.

I think a darker film with a new team would make for a good gb movie. Weaver and Murray both seem to think the old guys have to come back to fight the ghosts which isn't necessary in my opinion.

There's an idea. I think you're on to something, Corruptor. Imagine a GB3 with new characters. Plus the movie jumps from being really funny to really scary. That would be good. People like to laugh hard and they like to be scared.

well us ghost-heads could appreciate it. but would oh lets say a five year old who liked the cartoon? i my self though would like to see it, as long as the original characters had a scene.

I'd love to see Ghostbusters III as a cartoon with a huge effects budget and big names doing the voices of our beloved GB's.

Actually I thought the idea over at my “other post” (honestly, i didnt think i would get over 130 replies to that) of “Old New York” wasn't a bad idea (if done correctly). I just keep picturing the movie “From Hell”, the gothic setting of London and dark atmosphere.

Maybe I should've kept an open mind about the Old NYC thing. It just doesn't sound like Ghostbusters. How would they use any GB equipment? Maybe it was just a figure of speech.
