MjollnirKingpinDitto. Any movie that somebody actually drops out of, because of the script, on purpose doesn't sound like a great sequel. Especially if the actor put in time and money to train for it.
Without Jayne in it I'm not that hopeful.
ya but then again jane was the only person who made fans scream for Dolph Lundgren to come back :-) also jane didnt want to portray a psychopathic killer like the punisher really is and Kurt Sutter (the shield) wrote it and it stars ray stevenson so i doubt its gonna be bad

When I was a kid, my friends & I considered both the Ninja Turtles and Ghostbusters to be superheroes. I mean sure, the Ghostbusters may just be normal human beings, but so is Bruce Wayne. The Ghostbusters have saved the WORLD (or at least NY) on several occasions, and I think that qualifies as both super and heroic.

If this thread isn't restricted to live-action films only I would like to say that my favourite has to be Batman: Mask Of Phantasm. Great direction, animation and voice-acting. Especially Mark Hamill's wonderfully psychotic performance as The Joker.i agree with that 100%.
