Pour 8 tons of shaving cream into a large tub and jump in then jump out! 
Actually just apply it in gobs in the similiar areas they had it in the movie. Just dont walk around all day looking like stantz or spenglar

just gob it on there, not evenly or anything, but before you do, test it on something to make sure the kind that you have will wash out without damaging your suit with stains etc.

Just be sure to get shaving cream that doesnt smell like anything or otherwise when people start smelling you from a mile away. It kind of ruins the point
