What will this lead to for Ghostbusters

I know the comic book is coming but what do you think this will extend to if it's popular enough, and how do you think we can support it if we don't have a website?

The comic will surely be big in the comic book community, which often translates to all markets. Toys and a toon will surely roll around eventually.

thats true, and comic book movies are becoming and more popular. Such as spider-man, X-men, Fantastic four, and Hellboy.

Yes, but the comic book movies are based on Comic Book Characters that have always existed in the comic form, so they probally won't make a comic book movie based on the Ghostbusters comic.

If the comic does well enough I think we can expect to see action figures if not a new cartoon.

Well, if they did a ghostbusters 3 movie, it wouldnt be considered as a comic book movie due to the already existing movies and cartoon series and ghostbusters did not come from an original comic book, which is a must for comic book movies as stated above by acouple others. Though, I think this comic is really going to push ghostbusters back into the popculture world as it did with tmnt and most of the other 80's revivals.

I think the most we could hope for, as far as anything that isn't a book or something you hang on your wall, are limited edition action figures or PVCs. The most popular comics sell around 100,000 copies a month and I doubt that would warrent a new movie or TV show. But, you never know. Maybe the MOVIES and TELEVISION part of 88MPH's site will be for Ghostbusters?

I have to disagree with you on that one. If im not mistaken, a comic book is exactly what started the tmnt revival.
