What's a fair price for The Return?

I have a once-read copy of “Ghostbusters: The Return” by Sholly Fisch, that is now for bidding at ebay. Here's the link:

I've had my fair share of copies for this over the years, and I'd say a fair price for it can range anywhere from $75-$125, so I chose $100.
